More Money Comics is an American comic book publisher. MM Comics is one of the largest and oldest American comic book companies, with their first comic under the MM banner being published in 1937. The majority of its publications take place within the fictional MM Universe and feature numerous culturally iconic heroic characters, such as Rightguy, Satanman, Ladybug-Man, Princess Cheesecake, Fastman, Captain Comrade, and many more; as well as famous fictional teams including the Crime Fighters of America, M-People, The Cool 4.

Ladybug-Man is a teenage high school student and an orphan raised by his Aunt and Uncle in Metroplex. Ladybug-Man has superhuman ladybug-powers and abilities derived from mutations resulting from the bite of a radioactive Ladybug: these include superhuman strength, agility, reflexes, stamina, durability, coordination, and balance, clinging to surfaces and ceilings like a ladybug, and detecting danger with his precognition ability called “ladybug-sense”. He also builds red polka-dotted glider wings that help him glide in the air. When Ladybug-Man’s aunt and uncle pass away, he decides to fight crime in their honor.
